Brendon holds a Master’s in Healthcare Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Education. Previously, he was the Vice President of the American Society of Clinical Laboratory Science, South Dakota. Some of his accomplishments include being published in Advances in Anatomic Pathology, and participating at LabCon in Kilkenny, Ireland as a Keynote Speaker.

Brendon joined the DRSD Board in 2016—he is currently the Board President. Brendon likes being a part of DRSD because he enjoys knowing that his work is helping people to live a complete and inclusive life. 

Brendon is married and has two kids. He also has two cats named Copper and Chessy along with a fish tank. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, hunting, and gaming. 

Something interesting about Brendon is that he served in the US Navy on two aircraft carriers and two guided missile cruisers. He also participated in Operation Desert Storm and Operation Restore Hope.
