Heather Berlin

Board Member

Heather graduated from the University of South Dakota with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a minor in Psychology. She is a Year 28 Graduate of Partners in Policymaking. She operated her own gift and artwork store for several years in the Rushmore Mall.

Heather joined DRSD as a Board Member in 2021. She likes being a part of DRSD to help improve the lives of people with disabilities. She would like to help people with disabilities be empowered to advocate for themselves and protect their rights.

Heather is happily married and a stay-at-home mom to her two children. Her family also has a black mini lop rabbit named Onyx. In her free time, she enjoys going hiking, camping, playing games, and spending time with friends.
