Jill holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from South Dakota State University. She is a Year 23 graduate of the Partners in Policymaking program, and was Ms. South Dakota International in 2012, 2018, and 2020. 

Jill joined DRSD as a Board Member in 2012. She is also a former PAIMI Council Member. She enjoys being a part of DRSD because she loves that she is helping make a difference in the lives of some of the most vulnerable populations in South Dakota. She says, “Every person we serve has immeasurable value and I love that we represent and support them.”

Jill is married and has one child. She also has three cats named Miu, Prada, and Gucci. In her free time, Jill enjoys creating, volunteering, and reading.
